1. RIGHTS OF SELLER 


1.1 The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at its discretion. 
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at anytime. 
1.3 The Seller shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order. 

 

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

 

2.1 The price of Goods quoted on our website includes VAT (Value Added Tax). Where VAT is not included in the price, it will be added and payable by you at the appropriate rate.

2.2 The cost of packaging and postage/carriage is shown separately and (in the case of special or overseas orders) will be quoted by us on request and payable separately from the price of the Goods.

2.3 All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

2.4 Payment for goods must be received before despatch.

3. RETURNS

 

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for returned goods, subject to the following terms:

 

3.1 You must contact Bella Jane Jewellery within 7 days of receipt of the goods via e-mail

3.2 All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt

3.3The cost of returned items is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by Bella Jane Jewellery

3.4 All items returned are done so at the customer’s risk, therefore we recommend that you obtain proof of postage for all returned items

3.5 All exchanges and refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

 

 

4. DELIVERY

 

4.1 We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Goods but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed.

4.2 We will arrange for packing and we will decide on the method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise.

4.3 You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.

4.4 All items are sent via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours but please allow up to 7 days* for delivery.

4.5 Late Or Lost Deliveries if your delivery is late arriving, please contact us and we will check to confirm the status of your delivery. Very often it is simply a case that Royal Mail have attempted to deliver and not left a calling card!

In the event of a non-delivery, it is our intention to help you avoid any inconvenience. If the item is time critical, we can dispatch another immediately provided we have credit card details to guarantee payment in the event the original turns up. This way you will not be inconvenienced further as Royal Mail will not officially classify a parcel lost until 15 working days have elapsed - by which time your important event date may have passed!

If for any reason you wish to have a refund instead, this can be authorised back onto your card after the 15 working days time frame has elapsed and Royal Mail acknowledges the loss.

 

5. FAULTY GOODS

 

5.1 Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

5.2 If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colour and style, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

 

6. PRIVACY

 

If you place an order, you will have to provide personal information to us. We will not disclose that information to any third party without your consent, except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery.  We do not store our customer's financial details.

 

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

 

7.1 We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website (or any other description given to you in writing).

7.2 We will not have any responsibility for any damage which occurs to the Goods after delivery.

7.3 If any defect in any Goods appear within a month of delivery, you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving us full details. We will then decide, in consultation with you, whether the defect is our responsibility. If so, we may arrange either to repair the Goods or to replace them with similar Goods. Any defective Goods to be returned to us must be returned at your expense.

7.4 We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the Goods.

7.5 Liability to you for loss or damage under no circumstances must exceed in the total amount you have paid us for those Goods. (However, we acknowledge that we cannot exclude legal liability for death or personal injury which is proved to be due to our negligence).

 

8. PROMOTIONAL CODES

 

8.1 Only one promotional code can be used at any given time unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if the code is defective or out of date. No replacement codes will be issued in this case.

8.3 Any refund of an item purchased using a promotional code will be reduced by the value of the discount attached to it. The discount will not be refunded.

 

9. PRODUCT AVAILIBILTY 

 

Lazuli Sky advertises current One Button products. Due to the nature of this stock, your purchase is processed strictly on a first come, first served basis. It shouldn't be possible to order any items out of stock. SOLD OUT will indicate the line has now gone, and will not be repeated.

However, on the rare occasions that stock levels are incorrect, you will be contacted. Any monetary discrepancies as a result of our incorrect stock levels will be reimbursed immediately.

The terms and conditions stated here cannot be varied except by changes made by Lazuli Sky

 

10. OUR HANDMADE JEWELLERY QUALITY 

 

Many pieces of jewellery on our website have been lovingly handcrafted! Very occasionally faults do occur. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our products or service, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See our 3.RETURNS Policy above

Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe each piece, many items are handmade from natural materials, so their colour may vary slightly from that shown. Each piece really is unique.

It is essential that jewellery is protected from perfume, hairspray, deodorant and any other chemicals which may harm the finish of beads, metal plating, semi-precious stones and other findings used.

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us.

11.CHRISTMAS RETURNS

 

Any items purchased for Christmas Gifts after 25th November can be returned up to 2nd January Please see 3.RETURNS policy above  

 

12.CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. But this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
